"No country for old men"

Easy mid-week long run with Big Bear (Chris), met up in centennial park and ran at a nice easy pace (5.10). We chatted plenty, topics ranging from the tokyo marathon, the final entourage show, the talent in Chris's office, the cohen's brother new movie "no country for old men" and our planned xmas break in the central coast. Covered just over 17k. The legs were tired, tight calf, psoa tight....but generally fine. 60 days left....
