10 * 3 mins with 1 min recovery

On Saturday, I noticed a nice long road leading into Bouddi national park and felt I could do my intervals there. The road was quite hilly so I knew it would be difficult to maintain a 3.35 pace. First reps was run at 3.40 pace, 2nd rep in 3.32. I maintained the 3.40 pace for the odd rep (due to a nasty hill) and 3.32 pace for the even rep. This is a tough session when you run this session on your own and incorporate the hills.
