Intervals - 5 mins by 6 with 90 sec recovery

The session focuses on building your aerobic capacity which will assist with building your endurance. So it's good marathon training for me.
Large crew in attendance again today (Durante, Tom, Ray, Mike, Enda, Serg, Tucks, Charlie and a good few other guys that I just don't know). Started near the opera house and ran from 5 mins around via Mrs Macquarie Chair and just short of the the swimming pool. My pace was pretty even and i felt comfortable throughout. The reps went 3.32, 3.28, 3.28, 3.31, 3.27, 3.22. Most of my reps were run with side by side with Enda. The guys at the front looked comfortable in particular Mike and Serg. Tom, Ray, Tucks and Tim C even managed to do two more reps. All up 13km.
