Went for what was suppose to be an easy run with Tom, Serg, Enda and Mike. Serg mapped the route prior to the run. We ran through the domain, up to King's cross down to Rushcutters up Ocean street in Edgecliff and one lap around centennial and then back the same route. Serg led from the front and we started out easy but once we hit centennial we increased the pace right back into the city. All up 14.6km at 4.30 pace. I was tired at the end and glad to finish up. The funny thing is Serg thinks we should be running these faster...not so sure about that!
