am - went for an easy 6km run with Chalks in the morning. Covered it in just under 30 mins. Went for a nice dip in the beach after the run.
pm - 5km easy in Moore park, 8 *100m sprints. The left calf is pretty tight, probably as a result of running the 400s barefoot.
On the movie front, watched the tail end of Neil Jordan's "An end of an affair" staring the brilliant Ralph Fiennes and Julianne Moore. Fiennes is fantastic as the jealous lover. On Friday, saw the excellent "Atonement". Most movies never do the book justice think "Captain Corelli's Mandolin" but this is an super adaptation of the Ian McEwan's novel with fab performances from Knightley and newcomer James McAvoy.
