Nice easy run to balls head with a bigger crew than normal, so left bond street with Eamon, Eoin, Enda, Mike Conway, Serg, Durante and Anthony. We met Ray on the bridge. Serg pushed the pace a little, it was pretty warm and i kept at the back of the pack to keep Durante company who was struggling a little with the heat. :)
Great running by Kate Coburn at the central coast who ran 90.20 and Richard Palmer running 79 odd after the Mark Webber challenge.
