MLR

Got up early and hit centennial park for easy MLR. Nice cool morning for running. Ran at 4.55 pace. Ran for 1hr 20 mins and covered just over 16km. The legs were tired from yesterday's effort especially the quads.
Booked flights to Japan with Jetstar last week. Got a great deal - a little under $700 return. Will spend one week in Japan. Looking forward to it now. Lots of gigs coming up in the next few months, Sufjan Stevens, The National, Arcade Fire and Bjork are in town in Jan and Interpol in Feb. Need to make a call between Arcade Fire and Bjork...tough decision..!
