80 mins MLR
Ended up having a few too many with the O'Briens on Wed evening. The plan was to hook up with Enda early for a MLR. Enda cancelled last minute but I still got out for a nice easy once. Stayed with Jo and Ken in the city so ran from their place to the Phoenix Park and took it nice and easy. The run cleared the head but I was knackered when I got back to the apt.
