On Friday got out easy 35 mins stroll and Saturday went for steady 5k run and covered it in 20 mins.
Headed up to Newcastle for Rich Palmer's surprise 40th Birthday on Sat arvo. Had a super day. Can't believe Rich is 40 and he's running faster than ever. On Sunday morning, went out for a 1hr 40 mins and covered 22.4k. Pleased with the effort as I found it difficult to get out the door this morning. Spent the rest of the morning reading the papers and listening to Nick Drake...nice way to spend a Sunday morning.
