AM: Out to centennial with Durante for my medium long run. It was pitch dark again, you can't see a thing for the first 40 mins. I did notice some of Sean's crew out there this morning. With the cool weather everyone had a extra layer on. I didn't want to but I couldn't help pushing the hills again ;) Of course Durante was up for it..

PM: Spin class and plenty of stretching, I like mixing the running up with a bit of spinning..i hope it makes me stronger...your full of laughs today Kanser.....yeah I know..
