easy - steady

am - Easy 35 min run, kept the pace at 4.35

pm - Steady 14.2k run with Durante, Steve T, Mike Conway, Springer, Ray and Mike Harrison. Legs were a little heavy at the start, at the turnaround on Hickson we were averaging 4.32 pace and the way back I pushed it slightly averaging 4.10. Strange but a nice feeling running on tired legs..
