62 min easy, still can't believe how cold it is. During the run I was thinking about the 5k state championship. I think Thurston will run well and run very close to sub 14...if i had to put money on it - 14.04. Tom needs to be careful, he should let Truscott go and run for a time of 15.28. This can only be achieved if he runs and fast opening km 3.01 and a fast closing km of around 3.05. It's the splits between 1k and 4k than Tom needs to focus on...and there is no better man...best of luck guys..!
