The change in the weather tends to be extreme...
Can't believe how cold it is in Ireland at the moment. Out for a 60 min run this morning and had to kept the pace honest as it was freezing. I was only planning a 30 min run but didn't want to turnaround and run into the wind so kept going until i hit Malahide and looped back around to Swords. Don't fancy running with the Bro in the morning as he turns every training run into a race.
