400s

Ran in this morning and got out with the HuRT squad (far too many to mention them all) for a 400s session. Serg made a surprise appearance and with his lower leg issues decided to take it easy and jog around the oval. I ran 10 reps and took it very easy (maybe averaging 78-80 and ran 2 quick one 66, 64. Durante was on fire and probably averaged 66-67...! Some of the guys opted for a different session (need to talk to Tom about this as it's too difficult to manage 2 grps). Terence and Richard High were looking strong and Timmy is on the long road to a sub 35...Tom was missing in action today...
