Recovery

Mon: 9.5k with the HuRT squad. I was quite tired towards the end of the run down Hickson road.

In the evening, went to swim school with Vlad...knackered at the end of it. Only really doing drills and some freestyle at the end of it.

Tues: HuRTs (6 by 5 mins)Opted only for 6 reps as I am keen not to push myself after the marathon. Kept the pace relaxed at 3.35 km/m.
