Mona Fartlek with the HuRT squad

Out with the boys, took it relatively easy and stuck with Mike and Enda. We covered 5.51k for the session. In saying that the last time I only covered 5.59. Anyhow I was glad to get the session out of the way. I can now focus on ramping up workload in the next few weeks.
