MLR 18K

Ran home on very tired legs on Tuesday evening. Steve sent a text this morning saying that he would not make the MLR as he was suffering from gastro. I was half hoping Durante would also pull the plug. No such luck. Met up with Durante at 6am and both of us were knackered. Avoided the Wollarha hill and just ran the flat sections in centennial. All up 18k at 4.35 pace. Shattered….
