Good Luck Tonight in the 10k Mate.
My Prediction for you is 35:20.
If conditions turn out nice who knows !!! Sub 35 maybe.
Try to sit on a pack just a little out of your confort level, and dont let them drop you.
Serg, it looks like you were bang on the money. It's a pity there was no pack. It felt like a time trial on the track
